Barcelona Museums
Barcelona, with a population of over 3 million, is one of the most modern European cities. It's the capital of the proudest and most independent Spanish province - Catalunia. The city prides on it's charming and varied architecture - a unique mix of of Art Nouveau Gothic and Arabian style. The city is divided into easy to get around districts, the most famous being Cuitat Vella (Old City) which is the oldest district. Until the 19th Century, it comrpised most of Barcelona itself and is now the very center of the city. The Old City has four main areas: El Raval, Barri Gotic, El Born, and La Barceloneta.
